I decorated my son's nursery with this wallpaper border prior to his birth. He is now almost two years old and it has stayed up on the wall without having to reapply! It was easy to put up; I'll give you a tip.
Paint the wall the colors you want (I painted his room with Disney Brand "Cinderella's Ball Gown" #DC3C-40-3 and with Disney Brand "New Day Dew" #DC1A-10-1. They matched wonderfully!). Let the paint dry for 24-48 hours. Use a spray bottle to apply the border, do not soak in water or apply water otherwise - using a spray bottle is the easiest way! I painted the ceiling and top half of the room with the white "New Day Dew" and the bottom with the blue "Cinderella's Ball Gown", so I applied the border in the middle to cover the seam of paint colors. I would spray the border, rub it smooth while holding the roll, and repeat for the length of the wall(s). After it was up, I trimmed it (and had a lot left over), and then ran my hands over it to make sure it was smoothed out. By the way, my walls are textured, so that is why I had to double-check it was smoothed out. We allowed it to dry for 24 hours.

We bought this border to go with the sailboat theme in our babies' nursery. Cute border; no complaints!

I love this border. It looks great in a guest room that I decorated for my grandson as he often spends the night. Since the theme is sailboats, there is a lot of blue in the room and this border matches any shade. A great addition to the room's decor. You won't be sorry if you choose it.
