I had the same model for about a year that worked great and fit in my ear, then the volume got lower and lower. I expected the same new quality with this "bulk packaged" one and I didn't need the accessories. But the new one was as hard to hear as the worn out one. Is it because of Bulk packaging? I sent it back. Had to give one star because it doesn't allow no stars.

This is my fifth headset this year! I killed two in the shower, lost one and one broke on me. It's not the most comfortable headset that I've owned, but it isn't uncomfortable either. The price is right and I have no issues whatsoever with the sound. I also like the silver.
